Workshops & Groups

Information & Community

ADHD and Autism can feel a lot less overwhelming when you’re not trying to figure it out alone.

I run interactive ADHD and Autism workshops and group sessions where we explore topics like burnout, hormones, relationships, sex, parenting, unmasking, and rediscovering your sense of self.

Just as important, these spaces offer a chance to connect with others who understand the neurodivergent experience—sharing stories, strategies, and support along the way.

Workshops: virtual worldwide

Groups: virtual across Alberta & in-person in Calgary

Workshops and groups run throughout the year.
